Eco G Painters Referral Customer Program

Terms and Conditions
A Program member ("Member") is eligible to receive a gift card when you refer an other individual and they make a Qualifying Purchases (defined below) made direct to a Eco G Painters.
To receive your gift card you must fill out the form at (www.ecogpainters.com) or mail the form given by estimator to your referral person.
There is no limit on the number of referrals that you can make.
Referral program details are as follows: Minimum Purchase required is $ 20,000.00 on signed contract.

Gift cards are sent by mail, please allow two weeks after signing contract is received by Eco G Painters main Office. No extensions or exchanges will be allowed for expired Gift Cards.
Gift cards can be redeemed at participating locations only. Please check details on gift cards.
Members are responsible for taxes, charges or other liabilities related to or resulting from their participation in the Program. As explained in Regulation section 18662-4
Referral program is open to legal residents of the San Diego County, Orange County and at least 18 years of age, except State, Municipal and Federal Government accounts are not eligible to participate in the Program.
By participating in the Program, you consented to these terms and conditions ("Terms") of this Program. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting at www.ecogpainters.com
Eco G Painters reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, limit or terminate the Program and/or Reward Redemption values, or any portion thereof, at any time, with or without prior written notice.
Your Member information will not be sold or rented to any company outside of Eco G Painters and its affiliated companies. Your information will be used for the purpose of mailing your gift cards, improving not only your customer experience but also the range and types of products and services offered by us to you. Of course we will comply with all laws regarding information access by federal and state authorities and may use such information to protect the integrity of the Program or the safety of the Members. If you do not wish to have your member information utilized in this manner, you may cancel your participation in the Program at any time by contacting:

Eco G Painters assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information.
The interpretation and application of the Terms are in the sole discretion and determination of Eco
G Painters, which in each case shall be final and conclusive
The Terms, together with those items made a part of these terms by reference, make up the entire agreement between us relating to the Program, and replaces any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the Program. If a court finds any of the Terms to be unenforceable or invalid, that Term will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the other Terms will remain valid and enforceable. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
